The program includes six group mentoring study days, each lasting 4.5 hours, focusing on AI integration, innovation, tools, and change management, for a total of over 27 hours of meaningful group work and strategic development.
In addition, all program participants will receive two individual mentoring sessions: on AI and business development with Teet Torim and on change management, emotional intelligence, and the application of artificial intelligence with Kati Torim.
Participants will have access to an Estonian-language AI learning platform, which contains more than 30 hours of video material and a wealth of practical AI tool guides, prompt examples, and strategic guidelines. In addition, participants can use all AI assistants created by mentors.
Once a month, online Q&A sessions are held where participants can share experiences, discuss, and network, meeting guests from different countries and learning through real-life use cases.
At the end of the program, participants will receive an international certificate as an "AI Project Manager" (Oporto Forte Group). Participants will develop a personal AI strategy or application project and, if desired, will have the opportunity to participate in an internship at one of our partner companies – or, in the case of outstanding results and quick learning, to start working with us right away.
